Dear Sparrowhawk Games Hiring Team,

I am writing to apply for the Lead UI Designer position. I am a London-based Design Systems Architect with over 12 years of experience, currently working as a Design Systems Architect at Centri.

At Centri, I work in code alongside engineers: the token pipeline runs on GitHub Actions and Style Dictionary, and outputs CSS custom properties for Tailwind. I designed and maintain a production-grade component library with full documentation, versioning and automated releases. I also run the system's governance: version tracking, token usage audits and visual regression testing, together with documentation and adoption guidelines that let other teams work with the system independently.

The role's focus on close collaboration with engineering, component libraries and system governance closely matches the work I do best, and I would welcome the opportunity to bring this experience to Sparrowhawk Games.
