Sparrowhawk Games makes story-driven mobile games. We are growing our design team and looking for a Lead UI Designer.
About the role
You will shape how the product looks and feels, from first concept to the polished details developers build. This role is based in our Guildford office.
What you will do
- Design interfaces and flows for web and mobile in Figma
- Work from the design system, and propose improvements when it falls short
- Create prototypes to test ideas with users and the team
- Hand over clear specs and review the build with engineers
About you
- A portfolio that shows strong visual and interaction design
- Fluent in Figma and in building with components
- You can explain your decisions to non-designers
- Experience working closely with front-end engineers
What we offer
- A salary of £58k to £66k, depending on experience
- A learning budget of £1,000 a year
