Cobalt & Co is a consultancy that designs public-service websites. We are growing our design team and looking for a Design Operations Manager.
About the role
You will make the design team faster: tooling, workflows, libraries and the way design and engineering hand work over. This is a hybrid role: two or three days a week in London.
What you will do
- Improve how designs are specified, reviewed and handed over
- Maintain shared Figma libraries and plugins
- Automate the repetitive parts of design work
- Track what slows teams down and fix it
About you
- Experience in design operations, design technology or a design systems team
- Comfortable with scripting (JavaScript or similar)
- Good at working across design, product and engineering
- Organised and curious about tools

- A salary of £60k to £68k, depending on experience
