Senior Product Designer

Vantage Row builds invoicing and payments tools for finance teams. We are growing our design team and looking for a Senior Product Designer.

About the role

You will lead design for a product area, working with a product manager and engineers from discovery to launch. This is a hybrid role: two or three days a week in London.

What you will do

• Run discovery: talk to users, map the problem and frame the opportunity
• Design end-to-end flows and test them early with prototypes
• Work with the design system and contribute back to it
• Share your work regularly and give useful feedback to other designers

About you

• Several years of product design experience with shipped work
• Comfortable with research, interaction design and visual design
• Clear communicator with product and engineering partners
• Figma day to day; accessibility is part of how you work

What we offer

• A salary of £72k to £82k, depending on experience
• A learning budget of £1,000 a year
• A pension with 5% employer contribution
• A quarterly team day
