Dear Oakmoss Bank Hiring Team,

I am writing to apply for the Lead Design Systems Designer position. I am a London-based Design Systems Architect with over 12 years of experience, currently working as a Design Systems Architect at Centri.

At Centri, I work in code alongside engineers: the token pipeline runs on GitHub Actions and Style Dictionary, and outputs CSS custom properties for Tailwind. I also run the system's governance: version tracking, token usage audits and visual regression testing, together with documentation and adoption guidelines that let other teams work with the system independently. At Centri, I created an automated token pipeline that turns Figma variables into CSS custom properties, keeping design and code in sync and removing manual handoff.

The role's focus on close collaboration with engineering and system governance closely matches the work I do best, and I would welcome the opportunity to bring this experience to Oakmoss Bank.
