Maple & Rye delivers weekly meal kits across the UK. We are growing our design team and looking for a Senior Product Designer.
About the role
You will lead design for a product area, working with a product manager and engineers from discovery to launch. This is a hybrid role: two or three days a week in Leeds.
What you will do
- Run discovery: talk to users, map the problem and frame the opportunity
- Design end-to-end flows and test them early with prototypes
- Work with the design system and contribute back to it
- Share your work regularly and give useful feedback to other designers
About you
- Several years of product design experience with shipped work
- Comfortable with research, interaction design and visual design
- Clear communicator with product and engineering partners
- Figma day to day; accessibility is part of how you work
What we offer
- A salary of £54k to £62k, depending on experience
- A learning budget of £1,000 a year
- A pension with 5% employer contribution
