Bluebird Mutual is a member-owned insurer with a growing digital team. We are growing our design team and looking for a UI Designer.
About the role
You will shape how the product looks and feels, from first concept to the polished details developers build. This is a hybrid role: two or three days a week in Glasgow.
What you will do
- Design interfaces and flows for web and mobile in Figma
- Work from the design system, and propose improvements when it falls short
- Create prototypes to test ideas with users and the team
- Hand over clear specs and review the build with engineers
About you
- A portfolio that shows strong visual and interaction design
- Fluent in Figma and in building with components
- You can explain your decisions to non-designers
- Experience working closely with front-end engineers
